This is the data procedures policy of HighAbility – Voices of Inclusion. This is to let you know what our policy is regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information you give us.
Information Collection and Use
To provide a better exchange of information with our charity we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, email and postal address. This information will be used to contact you and to support our charitable purposes.
We want to let you know that when you visit our sites, we do collect data that your browser sends us. This is called Log Data. It may include information such as your IP address, what time and which pages you visited as well the time and date of your visit and other statistics.

When using our digital sites, Facebook, Twitter, website, etc, there may be links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link you will be directed to that site. Please be aware these sites are not operated by us. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policies of those sites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.
HighAbility does not address anyone under the age of 16. Our membership is over 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16 without the express written approval of parent or guardian. If we discover that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our files. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has given us personal information, please contact us so we can deal with the matter.
